'Philly Vibe' AD owns 'PizzaLab', 'BaoBar', and 'Skarra' brands, the mobile app, and websites.

DEFINITIONS

The following terms have these meanings:

  • 'Mobile App' specialized application for remote access to services;
  • 'Website' the sites listed above;
  • 'Order Phone' 070042888;
  • 'General Terms' these conditions and their amendments;
  • 'Order' purchase of food/drinks for delivery or pickup;
  • 'User' any individual using the services;
  • 'User Profile' account with email/password for orders;
  • 'Philly Vibe' 'Philly Vibe' AD;
  • 'Food and Drinks' products in the virtual menus;
  • 'Trade Outlet' Philly Vibe restaurant locations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Applies to all orders. Special order conditions prevail over General Terms.
  2. Orders require registration (except phone orders).
  3. Terms may be updated periodically. Users can delete profiles if they disagree.

REGISTRATION. CONSENT TO TERMS

  1. Registration requires consent to terms and privacy policy. Must provide name, phone, email, address, and password.
  2. App and Website registrations are interchangeable.
  3. User must be an adult using their true identity.
  4. Information must be accurate and updated within 3 days if changed.
  5. Users are responsible for password secrecy and any damages from unauthorized use.

ORDERS

  1. Made via app, site, or phone.
  2. Choices from the virtual menu.
  3. 'Do It Yourself' pizza allows up to 12 ingredients. Extra sauces are not included in this count.
  4. Removing ingredients does not change the price. Prices can change without notice.
  5. Technical steps: Login, Browse, Add to cart, Choose pickup/delivery, Confirm address/outlet, Set time, Finish order.
  1. Login to profile;
  2. Review menu;
  3. Add items to cart or 'Do It Yourself';
  4. Choose delivery (min. 15 lv) or pickup from outlet;
  5. Confirm/provide delivery address;
  6. Select outlet (PizzaLab items only from PizzaLab outlets);
  7. Specify pickup time;
  8. Finish order. Items can be edited until this step;
  9. First-time orders will receive a confirmation call. If unreachable, the order may be canceled.
  1. Finishing an order creates a contract between Philly Vibe and the User.
  2. Identification for pickup is by name.
  3. Deliveries are handled by GLOVOAPP BULGARIA EOOD (Glovo).
  4. Phone orders require providing food choices, payment method, delivery method, and any special requirements.

APP AND WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY. LICENSING

  1. App available for Android and iOS via AppStore/GooglePlay.
  2. Features: Menu access, real-time locations/hours, order history, promotions.
  3. License granted for personal, non-commercial use only. No copying, modifying, or reverse engineering.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Prices are in the menu. Philly Vibe can change prices anytime.
  2. Payment is made at pickup/delivery or online via MyPOS.
  3. Delivery fees: Up to 1 km: 2.99 lv; Up to 2 km: 3.99 lv; Up to 3 km: 4.99 lv.
  4. Fees calculated from the 'nearest trade outlet' of the relevant brand (PizzaLab, BaoBar, or Skarra).

LOYALTY PROGRAMS

  1. Philly Vibe may create loyalty programs at its discretion.
  2. Conditions are announced on the App/Website.
  3. Participation requires explicit consent to the program terms.

DISCLAIMER. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Content is provided 'as is'. No guarantees on accuracy, reliability, or network availability.
  2. No liability for software incompatibility or device issues.
  3. Requires internet connection to work.
  4. No liability for content on linked external sites.
  5. No liability for registration failures or data loss.
  6. Philly Vibe can refuse orders if it suspects bad faith behavior.

REVISIONS

  1. Materials may contain errors. Philly Vibe can change content without notice but isn't committed to updates.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. COMPLAINTS

  1. No 14-day right of withdrawal for food/drinks (perishable goods, Art 57 CPA).
  2. Complaints allowed within 60 minutes of receiving the order if incomplete or incorrect.
  3. Complaints can be made at the outlet or by phone. Late complaints are not valid.
  4. Phone calls are charged at standard rates.
  5. Valid complaints resolved by product replacement, gifts, or discounts for future orders.
  6. Discounts cannot be combined with promo combos or other percentage discounts.

OTHER PROVISIONS

  1. Disputes resolved by mutual consent or Bulgarian courts.
  2. ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) via European ODR platform or Bulgarian CPA (www.kzp.bg).
  3. Intellectual property (trademarks, photos) belongs to Philly Vibe.
  4. Services can be suspended without warning.
  5. Profiles can be deleted for false info, abuse, or failing to pick up orders.
  6. Users can deactivate profiles anytime.
  7. Electronic notifications are valid if sent via email or app buttons. Last updated September 30, 2025.
